Directions to Hunters Point Shipyard and Islais Creek Studios
Studios are open to the public only during Spring and Fall Open Studios weekends and other public events. Access at other times is by appointment.
Hunters Point Shipyard
From East Bay
Cross the Bay Bridge and continue on 101 South. Exit at Cesar Chavez East. Follow Cesar Chavez east under I-280 and turn right at the light onto Evans Ave. Cross 3rd St and stay on Evans for another 1.4 miles (Evans becomes Innes St) to the second stop sign, Donahue St., , bearing left toward the water at all times. Turn left at Donahue to enter the Shipyard. During Open Studios, parking attendants at the Shipyard gate will give you a program with building maps and direct you.
From South Bay
Take 101 North and exit on Third St. Continue on 3rd St and take a right on Evans Ave. Stay on Evans for 1.4 miles (Evans becomes Innes St.) to the second stop sign, Donahue St., bearing left toward the water at all times. Turn left at Donahue to enter the Shipyard. During Open Studios, parking attendants at the Shipyard gate will give you a program with building maps and direct you.
From Downtown San Francisco
