SOS25 INSTAGRAM FEATURED ARTIST POST

This mini app allows you to upload an artwork image and turn it into a Shipyard Open Studios Instagram post for spring.

There are now three options:
Featured artist post
Featured auction post (only post image of art in the auction)
Meet the Artists post (images of yourself, can be headshot or in your studio or both - vertical format)

Note: When posting to your Instagram, choose “Original” size, don’t use the default 1:1 - it will distort the image.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum size: 800 X 800 pixels (for best results) - for Meet the Artists final size is 1080 x 1350 pixels
• Maximum size: 10Mb
• Upload only jpeg or png files

The app allows you to:

• Resize and crop your image to fit into the image square for a ready to use Instagram post

• Enhance brightness, color and sharpness (don’t overdo it, and this is optional)

• Download a copy for your records

• Submit to STAR, so STAR can post on the shipyardartists Instagram page

• Help is accessible in the upper right corner of the app throughout the process
